Office/Storage Studio Shed

Our clients hired us to build them a storage and studio shed. They had future plans to landscape their entire yard and install landscape lights. This required us to build a shed that would be an alluring feature in their backyard and a focal point. The main reason a shed was needed was for storing items, however, our clients wanted this shed to be adaptive to their possible changing needs. They wanted the option of using their shed as an office because that would increase the value of their home upon resale should they decide to sell and retire somewhere with less rain and more sun.

This studio has an interior plywood finish, is heated and fully insulated. A large loft shelf was built above the doorway to the shed to provide ample storage space. If the studio shed were ever to be used as an office, the storage items could fit on the shelf so 100% of the floor space could be used as an office.
